2. Subject of the service<\/strong><\/h2>

The Service Provider's main activity is air conditioning systems sales, installation, maintenance and cleaning<\/strong>, and related consultancy services.<\/p>

The customer is entitled to use the service by placing an order via the website or e-mail.
The detailed description of the service, the procedure and the fee are always subject to individual agreement.<\/p>

3. Registration and contact<\/strong><\/h2>

On the website you can:<\/p>

  • and user registration to use the services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Registration and provision of data is voluntary.

      The Service Provider processes personal data solely for the purposes of contacting you, offering you a quote, concluding a contract and performance.
      Detailed rules on data processing are set out in the Data Processing Notice<\/strong> which is available on the website.<\/p>

      The data provided will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.<\/p>

      9. Complaints handling<\/strong><\/h2>

      The Customer may also communicate his complaint orally or in writing to the above contact details.
      The Service Provider will investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 30 days at the latest.<\/p>
