Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

2. Subject of the service

The Service Provider's main activity is air conditioning systems sales, installation, maintenance and cleaning, and related consultancy services.

The customer is entitled to use the service by placing an order via the website or e-mail.

3. Registration and contact

7. Warranty and liability

8. Data management

9. Complaints handling

The Customer may also communicate his complaint orally or in writing to the above contact details.
The Service Provider will investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 30 days at the latest.
